Personalising a plan that suits you and your fiances budget can be achieved by only using the services that is required for your special day and taking advantage of the ONE FREE HOUR.
Every weddings' guest numbers and work hours differ so your personalised design plan will only be calculated on your special days' requirements, no-one else's.

Are you somewhat lost when it comes to decor design?
If so, this is the perfect service for you.
Together we can discuss your favourite wedding designs, and we can either curate a wedding mood board together, or base a design from your existing wedding mood board, and by adding your individual styles, your love story will be the look and feel of your dream wedding day.
From there, I will help you choose the perfect hire items, either from the Rustically Chic collection or from another supplier, or both, to complete your beautiful wedding day design. You will also receive mockups of your chosen design ideas where you can tweak them, discard them, or love them just as they are...the choice is yours.

Create n Craft
A service where I do the creating, and crafting for you.
Every couples' design needs are different, as are our budgets when it comes to weddings, so if you can save on some areas to give more of the budget to other areas, why not?
This service requires a detailed chat about requirements prior to committing, and once your design is confirmed no changes can be made to the crafted design, unless by mutual agreement.
Prices are per project requirements.

An absolute must in the planning, design and creation of your special day, and meeting your venue co-ordinator is such a benefit in making sure the day runs as smooothly as possible.

Trust me to take care of all your event details On The Day!
I will be your point of contact for all your chosen vendors, leading up to, and on the day. Any task that is needed on the day will be completed (within reason) allowing you time to concentrate on the essential parts of your special day....YOU.
Prices range from $250 - $1000
Trust me to take care of all your decor styling, on the day. This service is customised to fit your budget and specific needs, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Pricing ranges from $150 - $350
Setting Up is transforming your venue from its current state to your magical wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and entertainment.
THE BEST DAY EVER!!
Communication and planning will be with the venue coordinator, and yourself to achieve a seamless transformation.
Prices range from $250 - $750
Packing down your venue is essentially returning your venue from the gorgeous wedding you have designed and celebrated in, to its original state allowing you a completely stress-free end to the most amazing day.
Prices range from $150 - $300
Setup, Style, Co-ordinate, & Packdown Package
A classic package taking all the stress out of your day.
This package includes:
Setup of your ceremony and reception,
Styling of your ceremony and reception,
Packdown of your ceremony and reception,
On the Day Co-ordination,
5% Discount on all Hire Items, excluding Floral Packages,
Plus delivery and collection, either the day before, on the day, or the day after.
It does not include any mileage over 50kms, or setup, styling, and packdown of any other vendors hire items unless communicated prior to your Wedding Day.
As this package is based on hours, and guest numbers, it will have a 'from' price just like the services.
Priced from $750
Floral Coordination or Design
Whatever the circumstances, florals from your florist, faux florals from myself, fresh you've sourced and I'll design or a combined effort between you and I foraging for dried, I am here to make your event extra special
Priced on individual requirements
Delivery and Collection
Take the stress out of your day by having your hired items delivered and collected, or just use one or the other due to your requirements. See Mileage below.
Mileage that requires a trailer is charged at a flat rate of seventy five dollars each way up to fifty kilometres, then it will be charged per kilometre, unless an arrangement has been made to suit both parties. Please don't hestitate to discuss options.
Delivery and Collection of hire items that fit into a car will be at a reduced price.
Breakages, Damages and Losses
Breakages and Losses will be billed at replacement costs, and Damages will be repaired with the repair costs forwarded to the hiree
Hire Time Frames
The hire time frames range from 3 days to 7 days max.
Longer hiring periods can be discussed.
